  • Do I need a gym or any equipment for this program?
    A gym is not needed and only a small list of equipment will help get the most out of the program: Mobility Ball Foam Roller 2 x Power Bands Unstable surface - foam pad, balance beam, wobble board (anything that will create a challenge for your balance)
  • Do I have to run barefoot or can I wear shoes?
    No, not at all. I encourage people to wear what they would normally wear fro their every day running. Education around shoes will be within the program and there will be some play with barefoot work towards the end.
  • How much running is involved?
    Actually not a lot! Even though this isa running program, it is more focused on drills and techniques. The drills be predominantly be carried out over 40m shuttles. Running on a treadmill is not ideal as your biomechanics whilst running on a treadmill are different to running over ground. Treadmills also promote a poorer technique, so try your best to avoid them.
  • How long does the training take each day?
    Each training takes between 15-30 minutes, depending on how fast you want to move. Plan for sessions lasting around 30 minutes at the start while you get used to the movements and being able to shorten that time window as the program goes on. Also, you can do these sessions whenever you'd like in the day... Before training or running, afterwards, or broken up into smaller chunks as you have time. It's designed to be flexible.
  • If I can't make the Zoom calls, will they be recorded?"
    Yes! I get that most people aren't in my AEST time zone, so I always take questions from the emails and Telegram text group and answer those in the call. The call is recorded and posted in the group so that you can watch at your own convinience to learn and hear your questions answered!
  • How is the program broken down? What can I expect?
    The program consists of 7 separate steps. Each step will be sent out via email every 3 days. This gives you 3 days to work on the homework and drills before the next step arrives. The program works progressively so you will graudally add in new skills to the ones you've learned in previous steps. Don't worry if it feels like it's going too fast, it doesn't all have to be completed within 21 days. The homework and drills are yours to keep forever and can be worked on at your own pace if need be.
  • What if I can't sign up this month, will you keep doing this in the future?"
